Girls Night Live featuring Mandisa, Britt Nicole and Laura Story is coming to the Mabee Center March 18th. Mandisa – Grammy nominated & American Idol Alum, has reached her goal of dropping 100 pounds in 5 years. Inspired by the wrestling and successes of these 5 years birthed her song “Stronger, “ which was released on her third recording. Mandisa explains, “My struggle with weight has been the biggest struggle of my life and it began as a very young girl.” She says, “With True Beauty, I felt like the Lord was teaching me at that time that my value doesn’t come from my outward appearance, and it doesn’t come from what people think of me or how successful they think I am.”

Laura Story – Grammy & Dove nominated singer-songwriter first captured our hearts with “Indescribable” recorded by Chris Tomlin. Now she has become a quick No. 1 radio hit with her new release “Blessings,” written out of her husband’s health struggles and questioning what God’s blessings are. Laura’s lyrics say it best, “What if my greatest disappointments, or the aching of this life, is the revealing of a greater thirst this world can’t satisfy? And what if trials of this life – the rain, the storms, the hardest nights, are your mercies in disguise?”

Britt Nicole – Sparrow Recording Artist known for her sophomore album single, The Lost Get Found. No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Christian/Gospel Albums chart & No. 63 on the Billboard Top 200. She has inspired many with her uplifting and enchanting personality, as she reaches out to her fans and encourages them through her inspirational lyrics and faithful prayers.
